Terms Are Defined

After a customer purchases with authorlegacypublisher.com, all of the products and services made available to that customer are referred to collectively as the "Product or Services."

A down payment, which can be given via check, credit card, cash receipt, wire transfer, or any other method, is required in order to confirm an order.

What We Offer in Refund Policy

Please make sure you properly read and understand our refund policy in order to have a complete understanding of the rights and limits that the authorlegacypublisher Policy offers. We do not give refunds unless there is an unusual case, and even then, only under certain criteria, which are stated below:

Change Requirement/ Performa

A full refund may be issued to the customer at any time prior to the point at which one of our writers or editors begins working on the customer's project.
If, after placing your order, you have a change of heart and decide not to continue working on your project with us for any reason, you have one hour from the time you placed your order until you can submit a request for a refund. A processing fee of fifteen percent will be charged from the total amount in every other scenario.

Incomplete Delivery Orders

Customers are only eligible for a refund after the work has been delivered if they have tried all of the available choices outlined in the following paragraphs.

If it does not directly correspond with the project's specifications (as requested and documented by the client).

We review delivered work against the written project scope and address revision requests according to the applicable service agreement. Refund eligibility is assessed under these terms and the documented circumstances of the project; no particular outcome or level of satisfaction is guaranteed.

You have the option of storing FREE Pages for use at a later time; nevertheless, these saved pages will retain their value and can be accessed at any time. In the event that we are still unable to meet your requirements, we will work with you to negotiate a compensation based on a percentage that has been determined in advance.

Refund Clause

Refunds will also be considered in the event that a required source is missing, provided the client is solely responsible for supplying it; the company bears no responsibility for delays caused by missing client materials. For subsequent orders, the business will only provide discounts or partial refunds toward future orders, not cash refunds. Once work on a project has been completed and delivered, the client is no longer eligible for a complete refund of the payment made. It is entirely at authorlegacypublisher's discretion to decide how much, if anything, will be returned, and any such return is given only by mutual agreement. This applies in particular to late delivery caused by minor issues such as analysis, typing, word count, or sourcing.

Cases where refund will not be issued

In case of late delivery due to some minor technical errors, such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references etc., refunds will be
processed with mutual agreement and the company will only settle with partial refund or discounts reserved for future purchases.
The company will not be responsible for any delay from the client's end.
No refund will be issued on the basis of subjective dissatisfaction with writing style or quality, provided the work meets the agreed project specifications.

After signing the initial Service Agreement, the client cannot claim a refund or monetary compensation if no services have been availed by the client. However, a partial reimbursement of the amount paid may be provided, subject to mutual agreement between the client and authorlegacypublisher.

If the client signs up for a service with a specific deadline for e.g., a two-week deadline, but does not provide the required details/manuscript/documents required to process the provision of the service within the committed time frame, the service agreement will be void, and the client will not be entitled to any refund or monetary compensation. However, a partial reimbursement of the amount paid may be provided in the event the client requests a refund via email or otherwise explicit communication to the company, subject to mutual agreement between the client and authorlegacypublisher.

Upon signing the End of Service Agreement, the client shall not be eligible for a full refund or monetary claim. However, a partial reimbursement of the amount paid may be provided in the event the client requests a refund via email or otherwise explicit communication to the company while providing a clear reason for the claim and an intent to get the refund processed to the client’s account subject to a mutual agreement between the client and authorlegacypublisher. Failure to make such clear communication will result in no refund.

Clause of Use

If a project has been abandoned in terms of approvals or specifications, based on the lack of any written communication between the client and the account manager for a period of at least 45 days then the project will be deemed as closed. Fees will be charged to Reactivate the project.

Closed Project

"Closed Project" is a project that has been either delivered in full or wasn't claimed for a period of at least 45 days and authorlegacypublisher cannot be held liable after the stated time duration.
